Flexibility is key at Red City CrossFit. And no, we don’t mean you have to do the splits before you can start training with us. We know you have a busy life, that’s why we made our schedule as flexible as possible. A class in the morning, at noon or in the evening? Or even on a public holiday? It’s entirely up to you.
